Medlar is an agentic operations platform currently in early access. Everything on this Site — including examples, mockups, and descriptions of runs, agents, and integrations — describes a product under active development. It is provided for information only and is not a promise of specific features, timelines, or results.

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
• A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular launch date. Early access may be granted in stages and at our discretion.
• You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@medlar.app; we will delete your entry.
• You must provide accurate information and use an email address you control.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Site, its security, or its infrastructure;
• submit forms through automation, or submit someone else's email address;
• scrape or bulk-collect content or data from the Site.

The Site and its content — the Medlar name, logo, design, text, and graphics — belong to us or our licensors. You may not use the Medlar name or logo without our written permission, except to truthfully refer to us.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. We may build things inspired by feedback from many people; this clause keeps that simple.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the product described here will launch in any particular form. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site. Because the Site and waitlist are free, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to them is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update the Site and these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version; material changes will be announced on this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
